Deep in the human subconscious, a strange and haunting memory
stirs to life--an ancient memory of a time long ago, before the present world began.
Stirring within the human heart long-buried emotions, surfacing
within the human soul a deep and painful ache, kindling within the human mind the Light of Truth.
A memory so old, so long-buried, that the modern
human mind can barely grasp its meaning. Yet when we finally do, we gasp in astonishment as the full light of its
significance dawns in our awareness.
Whispering at first, then ever louder and more
insistent, the voice of the omniscient Storyteller speaks to us of that which we once knew but have long since
forgotten. Calling on us to lay aside our prejudices and preconceptions and join him on a journey back through
the thick and murky mists of prehistory.
"You remember, don't you?"
Storyteller cries to us in a loud voice. "You hold the memory of the Ancients in your hearts!"
Thus begins Atlantis: A Tale of the Earth.
And those of us who take the time to listen to this spellbinding tale and entertain a willing suspension of disbelief
are lifted up and out of ordinary space and time and transported to a magical, mystical world so vastly different
from our own that we can scarcely imagine it ever existed.
Yet once we are there, once we become adjusted
to the sights and sounds and smells of that alien world, what we discover is this...
